     On September 20, 2005, Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Inc. (“Net1”) issued a press release announcing that it had received an order to provide Nedbank Limited (“Nedbank”) with 9,080 pin-pads and 7,280 Point-of-Sale (“POS”) terminals for Nedbank’s new business requirements.
