On September 20, 2010, Gold Resource Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding execution of agreements to complete a private placement of its common stock. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. A Management Presentation given to potential investors in connection with that transaction is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.2.
