As the Company has stated in previous public filings and press releases, it has embarked on a business initiative to build a B2B floral business that leverages both its leadership position in the consumer floral category and its operating infrastructure, including a robust technology platform and unique distribution system. The Company has stated that it is continuing to invest in resources in this area - primarily people - "feet on the street" - and anticipates growing contributions beginning in the second half of fiscal 2006 and accelerating in fiscal 2007 and beyond."
