7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
At a telephone conference held this morning with certain telecommunications analysts, Charter Communications Inc.'s President and Chief Executive Officer, Neil Smit, indicated that capital expenditures for the roll-out of the Company's telephone product during 2006 is expected to be approximately $230 to $260 million, which amount is included in the $1 - $1.1 billion in total projected 2006 capital expenditures which had been previously disclosed.
