Vectren
Corporation (the Company), an energy holding company, announced on Friday,
December 1, 2006, that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vectren Energy Delivery
of
Indiana, Inc., received approval from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission
(IURC) to launch innovative programs to help customers lower their total natural
gas bills. A copy of the press release is furnished as exhibit 99.1 to this
Current Report on Form 8-K.
In
