Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC informs of that its shareholders Mr. Iakobachvili David and Mr. Yushvaev Gavril A. have redeemed all shares owned by Mr. Yaroslavskiy Evgeny L. and increased their shareholdings in the chartered capital of the company up to 8,33% * and 17,13%* correspondingly.
