(b) On November 27, 2007, Darren R. Jackson notified Best Buy Co., Inc. that he would resign as the registrant’s Executive Vice President — Customer Operating Groups, effective December 7, 2007. Mr. Jackson will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Auto Parts, Inc. where he has served as a director since July 2004.
