The total number of shares which shall comprise the authorized capital stock of the corporation will be 1,000,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.001 per share.
The 1,000,000,000 shares of authorized capital stock with a par value of $0.001 per share shall be designated as shares of voting "Common Stock".
