Other Events.
 
Effective May 17, 2009, we have terminated our license agreement, dated November 27, 2007, with our wholly-owned subsidiary, Cherry Tankers Ltd.

Effective May 17, 2009, our wholly-owned subsidiary, Cherry Tankers Ltd., terminated its license agreement dated January 11, 2009 with Elya Orthopedics Ltd., a company controlled by one of our directors.
