On November 30, 2011, the Registrant announced that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on December 20, 2011. A copy of the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy Statement for the 2011 Annual General Meeting is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
