Item 5.02: Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
Effective July 10, 2012, Henry Block is no longer Vice President of Marketing for Multiband Corporation. However, he will continue to be employed by Multiband’s marketing department in a non-officer capacity until December 31, 2013, unless terminated earlier for cause.
