Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 31, 2006, the registrant issued a press release
announcing the results its 12th annual fundraiser to support the Ronald McDonald
House Charities. This year's effort involved the sale of a CD entitled "This
Christmas, Dillard's Brings you...Broadway," and resulted in approximately
$84,000 raised for the charity. A copy of the press release is furnished as
Exhibit 99.
