Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On June 30, 2015, Uranium Energy Corp. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that upon conclusion of the annual reconstitution of the Russell indexes after market close on June 26, 2015, according to the final lists published on June 29, the Company was added as a member of the broad-market Russell 3000 and Russell Global Indexes.
A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
