ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
 
The company previously announced on March 8, 2007 that it was recording a charge of $1.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2006 to recognize a loss on inventory consigned to a third party pending outcome of litigation the company instituted to recover its loss. The company’s Report on Form 8-K filed on March 8, 2007 and the press release filed as Exhibit 99.1 thereto is incorporated herein by reference. On April 20, 2007 the company received a payment of $1.9 million in recovery of the amount owed and settlement of the litigation.
