On November 7, 2006, during a conference call and simultaneous webcast regarding the Company’s financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2006, which were pre-announced and open to the public, Deepak Chopra, the Company’s Chairman and CEO, stated that he believed that the Company would be profitable during each of the remaining quarters of the Company’s fiscal year ending June 30, 2007. His remark was made in response to a question that assumed the exclusion from such estimate of any one-time charges.
