On January 8, 2007, in accordance with his intentions previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K, dated December 19, 2006, of Environmental Power Corporation (the Company), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 22, 2006, Donald A. Livingston submitted his resignation from the Companys Board of Directors in connection with his retirement from the Company. The foregoing disclosure is made in accordance with paragraph (b) of Item 5.02 of Form 8-K.
