Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation announced on October 9, 2007 that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share payable November 2, 2007 to shareholders of record as of October 19, 2007. A copy of the press release summarizing the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
