Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b)

Director Martha R. Ingram will retire at the 2008 annual meeting of stockholders to be held in April, due to her reaching Regions’ mandatory retirement age. In addition, on January 17, 2008, Director Harry W. Witt informed Regions that he also intends to retire as a Director at the 2008 annual meeting.
