On March 3, 2008, Warren C. Jenson, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Electronic Arts Inc. (“EA”), spoke at the Morgan Stanley Technology Conference in Dana Point, California. A transcript of Mr. Jenson’s remarks related to EA’s proposed acquisition of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
