On December 16, 2008, Microtune, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing updated financial results guidance for the quarter ending December 31, 2008 and its outlook for the quarter ending March 31, 2009 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
