Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation announced on January 13, 2009 that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable February 6, 2009 to shareholders of record as of January 23, 2009. A copy of the press release summarizing the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
