Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.
The Company’s Board of Directors approved an increase in the base salary of Mr. Bryn Fosburgh, one of the Company’s named executive officers, effective October 10, 2011. Mr. Fosburgh’s previous base salary was $312,000 and his new base salary is $342,000.
