Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 5, 2013, HCA Holdings, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing, among other matters, its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012, the text of which is set forth as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 5, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other matters, its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012, the text of which is set forth as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 4, 2013, HCA Inc. (HCA) delivered to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the Trustee) a notice of HCAs intention to redeem all of its outstanding $201.5 million aggregate principal amount of 9 7/8% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 (the Notes), issued under the indenture dated as of February 19, 2009 (as supplemented, the Indenture), by and among HCA, each of the guarantors identified therein and the Trustee. The redemption of the Notes will be effected pursuant to Section 3.07(c) of the Indenture and will occur on March 8, 2013 (the Redemption Date) at a redemption price of 104.938%, or $1,049.38 per $1,000, of the principal amount of the Notes, together with accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the Redemption Date (the Redemption Price). On the Redemption Date, the Redemption Price will become due and payable on the Notes and interest on the Notes will cease to accrue. From and after the Redemption Date, the Notes will be deemed to be no longer outstanding.
