On February 16, 2015, Expedia, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has entered into an agreement with AirAsia Berhad to purchase an additional 25% equity interest of AAE Travel Pte. Ltd., the joint venture formed between the parties in 2011. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
