Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 13, 2018, Robert S. Fishman, M.D. informed Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated of his resignation as Chief Medical Officer, effective January 31, 2019 (the “Termination Date”). It is expected that Dr. Fishman will continue to serve as Chief Medical Officer through the Termination Date to assist with the transition of his responsibilities.
