  Remarks: Ms. Westling was a director of HomeStreet, Inc. as of February 10, 2012, when the company became subject to reporting pursuant to the 1934 Securities and Exchange Act, however, she resigned as a director effective upon the closing of the company's intial public offering, which was February 15, 2012.
