ITEM . 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 31, 2005 Haemonetics Corporation (the "Company")
issued a press release announcing financial results for the
third quarter ended January 1, 2005. A copy of the release is
furnished with this report as exhibit 99.1.
