November 13, 2006 was the last day of the engagement of Ms. Judy Quye as the registrant's Senior Vice President of Sales, Operation and Installation Services. Ms. Quye had served as Senior Vice President since March 2004. Mr. Joseph McGuire, the registrant's Chief Executive Officer, will assume leadership of the sales, operation and installation services organization until a successor is appointed.
