Receipt of Nasdaq Compliance Notice

On June 30, 2017, China Natural Resources, Inc. (the "Company") received written notice from the Listing Qualifications department of The Nasdaq Stock Market stating that, in view of the filing of the Company’s annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2016, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Rule 5250(c)(1), and the matter has been closed.
