Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. |
On January 25, 2018, Mohit Thukral, Senior Vice President and Business Leader of Genpact Limited (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision to resign from this position, effective as of April 30, 2018, to pursue other career interests. The Company expressed its appreciation for Mr. Thukral’s service to the Company. In connection with Mr. Thukral’s resignation, and in recognition of his long tenure with and substantial contributions to the Company, the Company expects to enter into a severance agreement with Mr. Thukral that may, among other things, provide additional compensation to him, in an amount and on terms yet to be determined.
