ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On August 2, 2017, Ingevity Corporation ("Ingevity") announced its preliminary financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, which are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
