Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure

On December 4, 2017, Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. ("Havertys") issued a press release regarding participation by senior management in KeyBanc Capital Markets Consumer Conference ("KeyBanc Conference") and updates to Havertys sales for the fourth quarter 2017, a copy of which is furnished under this item 7.01 as Exhibit 99.1.  On December 5, 2017, Havertys Senior Management will present the PowerPoint slides attached as Exhibit 99.2.
