(c) On April 29, 2008, the Board of Directors elected Margaret L. Mueller as Chief Accounting Officer effective immediately, replacing Louis M. Riccio, Jr., who continues as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President. Ms. Mueller, age 39, was named Vice President, Corporate Controller of the Company in May 2007 and will continue to serve in that capacity as well. She served as Director of Corporate Accounting for the Company from August 2002 until May 2007. Ms. Mueller joined the Company in 1993 and held various positions of increasing responsibility prior to August 2002.
