Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 11, 2009, Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc.s (the Company) Board of Directors
increased our quarterly common stock dividend from $0.25 to $0.30 per share. The dividend will be
paid on October 9, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 25, 2009.
