     This Registration Statement on Form S-8 (this “Registration Statement”) is filed by SINA Corporation (the “Company”) to register an additional 5,000,000 ordinary shares, par value $0.133 per share, of the Company that are issuable under the SINA Corporation Amended and Restated 2007 Share Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).
