ITEM 9. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On March 22, 2004, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to issue its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2003, after the market closes on Tuesday, March 23, 2004. The Partnership also announced that an investors’ conference call to review the fourth quarter and year end results will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report.
