ITEM 9. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On May 10, 2004, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to issue its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004, after the market closes on Thursday, May 13, 2004. The Partnership also announced that an investors’ conference call to review the first quarter results will be held on Friday, May 14, 2004, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report.
