Filimonov (“Filimonov”) and Dmitri Sogoloff (“Sogoloff”) are managing members of Alexandra. By reason of such relationships, Filimonov and Sogoloff may be deemed to share dispositive power or investment control over the securities beneficially owned by this securityholder.
