On October 7, 2004, D.R. Horton, Inc. issued a press release announcing its net sales orders for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2004. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
