The firm’s expansion comes as some experts warn of a “retirement crisis,” which they indicate is being caused by a combination of rising costs of living, fewer pensions, and higher life expectancy. A recent review by Pew Research estimates that the retirement savings shortfall could cost state and federal governments as much as $1.3 trillion through 2040.
