DEALTALK-BMO bankers see active dealmaking in US farm sector

TORONTO, Nov 10 (Reuters) - The U.S. food sector is poised for consolidation in areas ranging from proteins and processed meats to bakery and retail as booming commodity prices squeeze earnings for some and drive profit for others, investment bankers for Canada's Bank of Montreal say.
