Target's Black Friday plan: No early hours, more drive-up pickup spots

Target Corp. is rewriting its Black Friday playbook for 2020, cancelling the early-morning store openings that have been a retail industry tradition for years. It's also encouraging more curbside pickup and making other moves to cut down on crowded aisles during the Covid-19 pandemic.
