Judge rules Carolina Beverage can be sued on allegations in Rick Siskey fraud case

Investor filed suit last year against Carolina Beverage Group over what they say was an inside trading scheme in 2006 that allowed the late Rick Siskey to defraud them of $20 million in investment profits.
