On January 18, 2007, Mr. David Vellequette was elected to our Board of Directors and appointed to its Audit Committee, Governance and Nominating Committee and Executive Committee. Mr. Vellequette is our “audit committee financial expert”, as defined by the SEC in Rule 401(h) of Regulation S-K, and “financially sophisticated” within the meaning of Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4350(d)(2)(A).

On January 24, 2007, we issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Vellequette to our Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99. The press release may also be found on our website at www.suptech.com on the Investor Relations page.
