Local homebuilder receives permit for final lot in Albuquerque's Northeast Heights

Moving forward, Gantner and Tiara Homes aren't involved in any new planned communities but will continue to build. He said he has six houses in the works from the Northeast Heights to Los Ranchos de Albuquerque and Corrales.
