Ukraine wants big banks to be prosecuted for 'war crimes,' Zelenskyy's top economic aide says

Oleg Ustenko, economic advisor to Zelenskyy, said the Ukrainian government believes banks, such as JPMorgan, HSBC and Citi, are aiding the Kremlin's war efforts in Ukraine.
