High prices and interest rates will keep drivers from buying cars in 2023: survey

Forty-nine percent of drivers said they did not intend to purchase a new car in 2023, but 38% said they would consider buying a car this year if prices fell, according to a recent survey by Jerry, a car compare-and-buy service.
