Going on offense over defense spending: Biden touts benefits to Arizona, other states

The Pentagon spent $15 billion in Arizona in fiscal 2022, the last year for which data is available, up from $14.6 billion the year before. That boosted Arizona back into the top 10 among states, from 13th place in fiscal 2021.
