Ainoa Polo is a renowned Spanish author of several books and Spanish language educational materials. She also teaches Spanish and guides small groups of students to walk the Camino Santiago de Compostela. Following from her previous books, Ainoa has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds to support publishing her latest book, “Spanish for Pilgrims”. Ainoa is writing the book to help travelers learn Spanish so they can fully experience the joyful journey of walking on the Camino de Santiago Compostela.
“The pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela has been a popular religious and cultural practice since the Middle Ages, and it continues to attract millions of pilgrims and tourists every year” said Ainoa while introducing her project to the Kickstarter community. She also shared that "Spanish for Pilgrims” is a self-paced book and includes videos, audio practice opportunities, and online activities. You won’t need any other resource to learn Spanish to walk the Camino Santiago, and the book will be especially helpful for those who want to learn Spanish for the basics”.

The goal of the Kickstarter campaign is to raise EUR 5,000.
