District Native Owned Energy Developer Awarded LOI to Develop a 1.5 MW Micro-Grid+Battery Combo for Tohono O'odham Tribe's San Lucy District. Will Enable Development of 70-100 New Homes.

Red Power Energy, a Native-owned renewable energy company, has entered a strategic partnership with the San Lucy District of the Tohono O'odham Nation to develop, construct and operate a solar microgrid project. This initiative aims to boost energy sovereignty and support sustainable economic growth for the 10,409-acre community near Gila Bend, Arizona.

Letter of Intent for 1.5 MW Microgrid Project

Red Power Energy has also been awarded a Letter of Intent (LOI) by the San Lucy District for the development of a 1.5 MW microgrid-battery project.

This milestone supports the company's mission to provide sustainable energy solutions tailored to tribal communities. The project will:

• Increasing energy independence for the San Lucy District

• Reducing reliance on traditional power grids

• Lowering energy costs for community members

• Creating local job opportunities in renewable energy

• Serving as a model for sustainable development in Native American communities
